主讲人：丁永健教授，男，1959年8月出生，德国慕尼黑工大电气工程博士毕业。自2002年起在德国马格德堡应用科技大学工作，同年获工业自动化终身教授任命，现任德国马格德堡应用科技大学工程与工业设计系副主任。主要从事工业自动化，核电站安全仪控及可靠性分析，核电站故障早期诊断、松脱部件及震动检测等研究，主持德国经济部“核电数字化安全仪控可靠性研究”，德国研技部“复合材料微波探伤”项目下属子项目“探头自动化”等科研项目，发表学术论文30多篇，译著2部，申请欧洲专利1项。任德国联邦政府核安全委员会电气专家委员，德国工程师协会软件可靠性专业委员会委员，国际原子能机构IAEA特派专家。还担任德国华人教授协会司库，德国逸远慈善与教育基金会副会长。

内  容：

For industrial applications which can cause hazards safety systems are necessary. The design of safety instrumented systems or functions has to be in accordance with national/international standards e.g. IEC 61508, IEC 61511 and so on.

The risk oriented design process and the demonstration of safety integrity level related reliability numbers will be outlined in this presentation. The talk could be helpful for process and I&C engineers as well as for students of higher semesters.
